Stratocaster in exacting detail. This is a replica of the guitar in which Vaughan electrified audiences everywhere

Stevie Ray Vaughan`s Stratocaster was one of the most recognizable guitars in the world. Over the years, “Number One” has undergone several changes and a few accidents—and even some abuse—all of which adds to its unique characteristics. The Luthier that created this DIY replica handcrafts these bodies to order one-at-a-time and takes, on average, about 14-16 weeks each to make. That being said, good things take time. The most highly regarded replicas of this legendary guitar made by Fender Custom Shop’s master luthier “John Cruz” –only 100 pieces worldwide– are currently selling for $50,000 each, if you can even find one for sale.
